Welcome to Melody Stitch Ltd — where sound meets style.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how we operate our online store and services (the “Services”).

By visiting or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

If you live outside New Zealand, this choice of law doesn’t affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country.

We make every effort to present our designs and products accurately.

Because each item is printed on demand, minor variations in colour, tone, or placement may occur — part of the charm of a crafted, made-to-order product.

If a product becomes unavailable or discontinued, we may remove or update it without notice.

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase.

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.

Because every Melody Stitch tee is produced just for you, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has begun.  

If you need urgent help, email us at admin@melodystitch.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Taxes, duties, and import fees (if applicable outside NZ) are your responsibility.

Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout will always apply to your order.

We work with trusted global fulfilment partners to deliver your order.

Once a parcel leaves our fulfilment centre, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll help track or resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, we’ll provide a free replacement or refund — no return needed for defective items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. You’ll cover return shipping and receive store credit to reorder in your correct size.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 remain protected.

We stand by our products. Melody Stitch Ltd offers a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects or material flaws.

This warranty doesn’t cover:

“Melody Stitch,” “Where Sound Meets Style,” and related imagery are trademarks of Melody Stitch Ltd.

To the fullest extent allowed by New Zealand law, Melody Stitch Ltd isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of profit, data, or opportunity — arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

You agree to indemnify and hold Melody Stitch Ltd harmless from any loss, damage, or legal costs arising from your misuse of our website or breach of these Terms.

We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (for example, natural disasters, shipping disruptions, or pandemics).

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Melody Stitch Ltd.
