Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope — you can check out as a guest. But if you create an account, you’ll be able to track your orders, save your details for next time, and speed through checkout like a pro.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?

Every Melody Stitch tee is printed on-demand, just for you. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then shipping usually takes 7–14 business days worldwide. You’ll get tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide with tracking included.

Sizing & Fit

What size should I order?

Our tees are printed on Comfort Colors® 1717 heavyweight cotton, with a relaxed unisex fit. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements. Still unsure? Drop us a message — we’re happy to help you find your perfect fit.

Do your tees shrink?

Comfort Colors® 1717 tees are pre-shrunk during the garment-dye process. That means they’ll hold their shape wash after wash.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. If your tee doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, you can return or exchange it (as long as it’s unworn and unwashed). Visit our Returns Page for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll make it right. Contact us at admin@melodystitch.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
